第一曲是我两女儿最爱.


听卡门, 好象是尼采还是谁的最爱.

演奏最多的是柴可夫斯基的芭蕾舞剧“胡桃夹子”,840次,远远超过任何其它作品,因为每年到圣诞节的时候,世界各地很多地方各类剧院都会上演这部作品。连我们这个小地方当地的业余芭蕾剧团也要演出。我们家小孩也去看过。

第二位的亨德尔的清唱剧“弥赛亚”,也是如此,到圣诞节的时候,很多乐团都要演出此作。所以占据第二位。当然演奏这部作品要求要高不少,所以也不是一般普通乐队合唱队就能演奏的。

这样一部作品让人完整!听了它的人几乎也成了一部“杰作”。事实上每一次听完《卡门》的时候,我都感觉我比以往任何时候更是一个哲学家,是一个更好的哲学家:我变得宽容、快乐、普通,而又安宁。在一个地方一直坐五个小时--这是走向神圣的第一步!

比才的音乐是我现在惟一能忍受以的音乐,人们会允许我这样说吗?而那些现在风行一时的其他音乐--瓦格纳式的音乐,却野蛮、做作、“不够细致”,而这正是这种音乐能一下子抓住现代人三种感官的原因。瓦格纳式的管弦乐配器猛烈地侵袭了我!我称之为“塞洛库”。听这种音乐时我浑身都出令人讨厌的汗,所有的好心情和好天气都在刹那间消失殆尽。

比才的音乐在我听来很完美。它来得轻松、来得优雅、来得时尚。它可爱,它并不让人出汗。“所有好的必定是轻松的,所有神圣的必定有着轻盈的步子”:这是我审美的第一准则。这一音乐是淘气的、精致的、又是宿命的:因而它也是流行的,它的优雅属于一个民族,而不仅仅属于个人。它丰富,它明确,它建设,它生成,它完整:就是在这种意义上它与音乐中的息肉,与“没完的旋律”形成对比。在此之前,舞台上还上演过比这更悲惨、更痛苦的事件吗?

而这一切又是怎样做到的呢?没有装神弄鬼!没有污七八糟的弄虚作假!比才的音乐完全不是那种宏大辉煌风格的谎言。总而言之:这一音乐肯定了听众和音乐家同样聪明而这正是站到了瓦格纳的反面;除了其他的一些名头外,瓦格纳绝对是这世上最无礼的天才(他把我们当作是……他反复地重复着,我们于是变得绝望,最后竟至于相信了他)。

再重申一次:当比才的音乐开始向我说话时,我变成了一个更好的人,一个更好的音乐家,一个更好的听众。还可能有更好的聆听方式吗?我甚至用耳朵在这音乐的背后探听。我听到了它的第一起因,似乎在它出生时我就在助产了。在这大胆音乐带来的恐慌面前我颤拦了,那些欢快的场面让我狂喜不已,这些甚至是比才自己也不能驾驭得了的。而且奇怪的是,听的过程中我并没有用过脑子,或者说我并不明了我到底对它作了多少思考。因为那时正有其他一些想法在我的脑海中漫游……

可曾有人注意过么,音乐能解放人的灵魂?音乐能给思想插上翅膀?一个人越是一个音乐家,就越是一个哲学家?灰暗的抽象的天空被闪电所照亮,那光亮是如此之强,使得一切细节都无处遁藏,人因而能发现问题,因而能从山顶鸟瞰世界。正是藉此我发现了哲学的病症,而且突然地答案落入了我的囊中,一小阵冰雹过后,那些深奥的问题一下子都解决了。

我是在哪儿呢?比才让我更有创造力。好的东西总是让我更有创造力。除此之外,我不感激任何其他的事物;除此之外,我没有任何其他评判好坏的标准。

多谢E教找来六年前的旧帖. :-)

记得好象是这么说的, 当时尼采看了"卡门"后, 就兴高采烈地要见剧作家,却得知比才不久前才去世. 扼腕痛惜.
后来每每上演卡门, 尼采必到.

尼采与瓦格纳本是朋友, 可惜了.

有一定道理, 但好象也不绝对. 有些感伤的音乐也可一听再听, 只要不是太沉重.
